Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL) 55.285
Effective April 1,2004
Acknowledgement: $10 per signature
Jurat: $10 per signature
Oaths and Affirmations: $10 per person
Rates for Loan Signings
• Loan package signing $125.00 per package
• Additional loan documents (1st & 2nd piggyback loans, same appointment) $ 75.00 per package
• Pick-up and/or delivery of documents $ 50.00 per delivery
Electronic Document Services & E-Closings Services.

• Two Printed E-Docs sets (one to sign and one for the client to keep $35.00 per set
Travel Fees
• Fees $50.00 and up
• Early Hours (5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.) $75.00 extra
• After Hours (9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) $50.00 extra
• Sunday and Holidays (additional service charge) $100.00 extra
• Emergency after Hours (11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) $75.00 extra
The fee is all inclusive: includes all notary fees, execution of all documents pertaining to the transaction, clerical fees and document receipt and/or delivery,
status updates, faxbacks, emails, phone calls and travel fee.
Note:
Additional charges are applied for visiting jail facilities or airports along with the standard travel fee. If you require a notary to meet with you at the airport or jail facility please be sure to mention this and include any pertinent information including prisoner’s ID booking number or what terminal they are departing from.
